Quotations and booking
Website content and enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. Transport is confirmed only when the itinerary, vehicle category, price, payment arrangements and applicable commercial terms have been agreed.
Vehicle specification
Capacity pages describe broad vehicle categories. Exact makes, models, seating layouts, luggage capacity and amenities vary and are subject to the vehicle assigned. Essential features must be confirmed in writing before booking.
Itinerary changes
Changes to dates, times, stops, waiting, passenger numbers, route or vehicle requirements may affect price and availability. Airport, venue, attraction, road and border conditions can also require operational changes.
Customer responsibilities
The organiser should provide accurate passenger, itinerary and contact information and ensure travellers have any documents, tickets, permissions or entry requirements needed for the journey. This page should receive final owner and legal review before publication.
